Title:  NS 23M 08/16/11
Description:  NS 23M blasts out of the Allegheny Tunnel as workers inside the tunnel blast concrete onto the roof of the tunnel. Parts of the roof started to crumble which prompted NS to blast the roof with fresh concrete in hopes of preventing a collapse.
